Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

  1. a. General

    Memberships are to be paid in advance. They are valid for one person and credits can only be used for this individual within the month of purchase, and they are not transferable between individuals.

  2. b. Auto-renewal

    Memberships are month-to-month recurring memberships that automatically renew.

  3. c. Payment

    Payments will be the 1st of every month.

  4. d. Pro-rata memberships

    Payment will be charged at the time of purchase at a pro rata rate in each calendar month.

  5. e. Pay as you train

    Pay as you train fees are paid in advance via the Caveman Conditioning® application. No refunds are available for pay as you train.

  6. f. Pack of 10 classes

    Purchase a pack of 10 classes to be used within 6 months. No refunds are available for pay as you train.

PAYMENTS

  1. a. Suspending or cancelling your membership

    Caveman Conditioning® understands that from time to time you may not be able to train due to work commitments, becoming sick or injured or wish to cancel your membership altogether. The following rules apply to; Fees cannot be backdated

    You must write to us (Olney members - memberships@cavemanconditioning.co.uk Woburn members - mkmemberships@cavemanconditioning.co.uk) with 1 full months notice.

  2. b. Missed payments

    If you do not fully pay your fees on the due date, Caveman Conditioning® will suspend access to Caveman Conditioning® services until any outstanding balance has been paid and you have given us your updated account details if they are required. Caveman Conditioning® will continue to debit your nominated account without notice, until Caveman Conditioning® have received the total amount you owe Caveman Conditioning®.

  3. c. Our right to cancel a membership

    We may cancel your membership if;

    • These terms and conditions are not adhered to

    • Members, or employees health, safety or wellbeing are viewed at risk

    • Other members are using your membership

    • Engage in disruptive or damaging behaviour

YOUR SESSION BOOKINGS/CANCELLATIONS

  1. a. Session Bookings

    All sessions must be booked prior to the start time.

  2. b. Health waiver

    All individuals must complete a hand written PARQ form prior to any activity.

  3. c. Account Charges

    If you arrive and you have not booked, but you have a current registered account and a membership AND if there is sufficient space in the class; the trainer will book you in, thus charging you at your individual rate. However, if you do not have a registered account, then you will not be able to participate.

  4. d. Waiting List

    If sessions are full, you will be added to a waiting list. Should a space become available, the system will contact you (via email), and the individual who confirms first will get the space in the class. Credits will be reimbursed for anyone who signs up to the waiting list, but does not get a space.

  5. e. Session Cancellations

    You must provide 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Any cancellation outside this window will be charged at 100% of your individual rate.

PROMOTIONS

  1. The ‘10 days for £10’ (the "10 days for £10") entitles an Eligible person to enjoy complimentary access to standard Caveman Conditioning® group sessions - Caveman Conditioning®, FIIT, LIFT and RESTORE.

  2. Eligible persons can apply for this promotion by purchasing "10 days for £10” onto their account via the memberships tab on the Caveman Conditioning® app.

  3. Use of the 10 day membership is subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire and acceptance of the terms of use (available on our website).

  4. This promotion is valid until 31st January 2024.

  5. The start of the 10 day training pass is upon the booking of the first session. The latest date to secure this promotion is 31st January 2024, meaning the last session to attend with a membership would be the 9th February 2024.

  6. The training pass allows individuals to book any group sessions within a 10 day period, and no sessions can be carried forward beyond this time.

  7. The training pass is non transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  8. Redemption of a complimentary visit shall mean that eligible persons will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Caveman Conditions decisions and may be contacted post the visit, including via electronic means, by Caveman Conditioning® for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be contacted by Caveman Conditioning® for these purposes, please let a member of staff know.

  9. The offer is only open to Eligible Persons. An Eligible Person is a person who is aged 18 years or over, a UK resident and not currently a member of Caveman Conditioning® Olney or Woburn (including those on freeze).

  10. Anyone who has attended ANY group sessions in the last 6 weeks will not be eligible and the membership will be removed, including their class bookings.

  11. Caveman Conditioning® Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of eligible persons. By applying for this offer, Eligible Persons confirm that they accept the relevant terms and conditions of this offer

  12. Individuals must adhere to the terms of use and book into every session they wish to attend.

  13. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may lead to suspension of the membership.

ON SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. a. Your Health

    You complete a full PARQ in person prior to any activity, and you should inform us of any changes to your medical history

    You are responsible to inform your trainer 15 minutes prior to any session if you have any injuries, or suspected injuries which you feel may affect your ability to perform physical activity

  2. b. Minimum age

    The minimum age to participate is 16 years. Anyone under the age of 18 will require signed consent from their parent or legal guardian

  3. c. Possessions

    We are not legally responsible for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the venue by anyone unless we have been negligent.

    If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes you must report this to the instructor straight away.

  4. d. Childcare

    We are not legally responsible for any children who may be accompanied with the attendee.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are not legally responsible for any possessions you lose or that are damaged or stolen at the venue by anyone unless we have been negligent. If you have an accident or injure yourself at one of our classes you must report this to the instructor straight away.

Caveman Conditioning® may sometimes add to, change or remove our terms and conditions. This includes changing the opening and closing hours, the Caveman Conditioning® services and facilities and membership fees.

Sometimes, Caveman Conditioning® may also close for refurbishment to improve the facilities if (i) If we can provide appropriate alternatives, then this will mean membership agreement remains the same, or (ii) If refurbishment substantially reduces our ability to provide our service to you, Caveman Conditioning® will reduce your membership fees accordingly on a pro-rata basis.

YOUR INFORMATION

We will deal with all the information we hold about you in line with our privacy policy.

We will periodically send you information to keep you up-to-date with the latest developments at the Club via email and/or the Caveman Conditioning® application.

We will not send you any marketing material on behalf of third parties. We will never sell your personal information.

We adhere to the General Data Protection Regulations of 2018 and full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
