We’re not another boot camp. Our coaching philosophy is all about individualised, evidence-based training; a refreshing change from most gyms and fitness operations.
Drawing on the tried-and-tested principles used to train elite athletes, we tailor the intensity and specific movements for every individual. We focus on technique and form over reps and speed (no 100+ burpee sessions here) and can safely adapt exercises for injuries and other limitations.
