Whether you’re a total newbie, current Caveman, or experienced runner - these sessions provide you with an individualised, yet varied style of run training to keep you engaged and motivated. Don’t think about running for miles (just yet) - think small distances taught by experienced coaches who will set you specific goals based on your ability level.
Combining the most effective evidenced based Caveman Conditioning® training methods, plus strength and conditioning exercises - including how to warm up properly before you run. This reduces the risk of injury (shin splints, no thank you), improves performance and will help you get a lot more enjoyment out of your runs.
Sessions are led by experienced coaches who will provide an individual plan for the sessions, typically covering between 3-5km per session which will be tailored for each person's ability level, all within a group environment outdoors.
